Installation Steps

3. Support positioning: Move the assembled support to the installation position of the pile, adjust the base to ensure it touches the ground stably, and roughly fix the placement Angle of the support according to the preset installation direction of the pile.

4. Setting the pile in place: Use a hoist to lower the PHC pile slowly into the clamp or support part of the frame. Let it stand up straight on its own at first. At this time, be careful to avoid hard collision between the pile body and the support frame.

7. Install the pile body: Start the pile driving equipment and drive the PHC pile into the ground in accordance with the standard procedure. During the process, closely monitor the condition of the support. If there is any deviation, make timely fine-tuning.

8. Taking down the support: Once the pile is in place, loosen the fasteners, take the support off the pile, clean it well, then move it to the next spot to reuse.
