Forklift

Built to handle the daily grind of high-volume logistics, this 3-to-3.8-ton forklift has become a staple in warehouses and port terminals alike. We’ve reinforced the chassis with high-grade steel and opted for a wide-view mast—a design choice that doesn't just improve stacking precision, but actually gives the operator a much-needed safety edge. It’s a workhorse designed for heavy-duty cycles where reliability isn't optional.

Thanks to its broad frame and low-slung stance, this forklift stays firmly planted even when you're hoisting several tons. They keep the heavy-duty engine cool enough to run through back-to-back shifts, regardless of how brutal the weather gets. The mast is engineered with interlocking steel sections, where every guide rail is thick and reinforced, directly conveying a sense of uncompromising reliability and structural integrity during heavy-lift operations.

Relationship between load capacity and load center

forklift

The vertical axis represents the load capacity, while the horizontal axis denotes the load center. The load center is measured from the front face of the reach truck. The standard load reference point is defined as the center of a cube with a side length of 1,000 mm.

Tilting the mast forward, utilizing non-standard forks, or carrying oversized loads will result in a reduction in rated capacity.

Loading Solutions and Quantity Reference

Loading lift truck into containers for sea freight is a common scenario in equipment exportation. The 40HC is the preferred choice, as its internal dimensions—approximately 12 meters in length and 2.7 meters in height—easily accommodate standard 3-ton forklifts. To prevent shifting during maritime transit, front and rear wheels must be blocked with iron wheel chocks and wooden wedges.

Furthermore, the vehicles are secured via cross-lashing with ratchet straps or chains anchored to the container's internal D-rings. Typically, loading density ranges from 3 to 4 units per container.
