Installation

Step 1. Site Survey and Positioning

Come to the site, take your measurements, mark all layout lines. Follow the drawing to set where each column sits, how far apart and how high they go.

Step 2. Foundation Construction

Choose ground screws or concrete base based on your site soil. The base needs to be level and strong enough to support the carport.

Step 3. Main Column Installation

Put the main column onto the base. Tighten anchor bolts, tweak it until it stands straight and does not shake.

Step 4. Cantilever Frame Assembly

Fit main beams, secondary beams and brackets piece by piece. Lock all bolts and level the frame so weight spreads evenly.

Step 5. Rail and Gutter Installation

Put solar rails up with right gaps. Add gutters if needed to let rain run off and avoid puddles. 

Step 6. PV Panel Installation

Set your PV panels in place, fasten them using end clamps and mid clamps. Keep consistent gaps and make sure panels lie flat.

Step 7. Grounding and Safety Check
