Solar Mini Rail

Solar mini rail made of 6005-T5 high-strength aluminum alloy (anodized for anti-corrosion) with SUS304 stainless steel connectors, it works with color steel tiles/galvanized sheets to resist rust and outdoor damage. Weighing only 1kg per meter, it uses "peak point fixing" to spread loads evenly, avoiding extra pressure on metal roofs.

For thin metal roofs (0.8-1.2mm thick), it needs no pre-drilling. It’s fixed to roof peaks via self-tapping screws or buckles, without damaging the roof. An EPDM rubber pad at the rail bottom fits the wavy surface, ensuring stability and waterproofing.  

With just 3 core parts (rails, middle/end clamps) and high pre-assembly, no on-site welding/cutting is needed. A 2-person team can install 100㎡ of rails and modules in 1 day, saving 40% time and labor. It fits most framed/unframed modules and supports vertical/horizontal arrangement.  

Mini rail resists 60m/s winds and 1.4kN/㎡ snow loads, working at -35℃~65℃. All anti-corrosion parts ensure 20-year service life, plus a 10-15 year warranty—little later maintenance is needed.  

By changing supports/clamps, metal roof mini rail fits trapezoidal, corrugated, standing seam, and angular lock metal roofs. It works for small residential systems and large commercial projects, with 0°-60° tilt adjustment to boost power generation.  

How to install？

1.Positioning: Mark rail center lines (error ≤5mm vs module width) and fix points on peaks with a level.  

2. Fix Rails: Attach rails to peaks via self-tapping screws (3-4 per meter) with waterproof washers.  

3.Install clamps: Put end clamps at the ends of the rails. Place middle clamps between the modules, spaced according to the module width..  

4.Fit modules into clamps

Leave 5-10mm gap

Tighten all screws

Check seal and stability
