Grip Strut / Crocodile Mouth Walkway

 Fabricated by one-piece stamping to form serrated raised flaps. The protrusions are open serrations with fully through hollow holes. The cutting-style serrated edges offer superior grip. Rainwater, melted snow and sediment fall directly through the openings.

Raised Dot Walkway

Small round raised bumps are pressed onto the sheet surface. Most are blind protrusions (small holes / semi-perforated). The bumps are simple round dots without serrated flaps, and drainage holes are relatively small.

・Anti-slip Performance

Serrated edges bite into shoe soles. It delivers much better anti-slip performance under wet or thin-ice conditions for safer rooftop maintenance in rain and snow. The serrations can cut through light snow and thin ice.

・Drainage & Debris Removal

Its anti-slip performance drops greatly when wet or icy, and dirt easily accumulates between dots.

A: High-strength ZAM zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel or anodized aluminum alloy. Both offer good structural stability and corrosion resistance for outdoor solar projects.

A: Yes. We support flexible custom production according to actual roof dimensions. For longer walkway sections, reinforcing ribs will be evenly arranged to guarantee structural strength.

Q5: Why do some walkways have a protective film while others do not?

A: The peelable PE protective film is only applied to anodized aluminum walkways. It is temporary surface protection to prevent scratches and contamination during stacking, transport and cutting. It is NOT anti-corrosion coating. Please peel off the film completely after installation. Long-time sunlight exposure will cause the film to age and stick tightly to the panel, reducing anti-slip and drainage performance. ZAM steel walkways do not need this film.
