How to Install the U70 Aluminum Solar Mounting Rail

Step 1: Locate the purlins under the metal roof and mark drilling positions. Screws must fasten onto purlins, not only on the roof sheet.

Step 2: Place the U70 rail in the marked position. Fasten the roof purlin with self-drilling screws together with EPDM waterproof gaskets. Tighten to required torque.

Step 3: Arrange multiple U70 rails according to solar module dimension. Ensure every module corner is supported by rail. Lay PV modules onto the top of U70 rails.

Step 4: Install quick install end clamps & mid clamps, and tighten to specified torque to hold module frames firmly.

Step 5: Double-check all screw torque and gasket integrity; installation completed.
