Use installation

The installation process of Double Hole Solar Steel Base is straightforward. All components include two brackets and two M10*85 bolts. The only tool required is a screwdriver. To install, locate a vertical post and a diagonal brace, position them as close together as possible, then place the brackets on either side. Secure them by threading the bolts through and tightening them to complete the installation.

After installing Double Hole Solar Steel Mount Base onto the pre-assembled bracket, it must be mounted onto the ground anchor. During installation, first lift the entire pre-assembled bracket and align the base's holes with the ground anchor's holes. Since the holes on the base's underside are elongated slots, misalignment cannot occur. Then secure it with bolts to complete the installation.

Double Hole Steel Solar Mount Base does not necessarily require ground anchors to function as a stable base and is also utilized in the foundations of many photovoltaic carport projects. In photovoltaic carport installations, it is typically embedded with pre-installed bolts underground, enhancing the overall foundation stability. It is then secured to these bolts, with subsequent installation steps proceeding as usual.
