Solar End Clamp

Installation Instructions

Before installation

Check that the model matches the thickness of the solar end clamp (20-55mm), and clean the oil stains and dust on the installation surface.

Installation procedure

Positioning: Center the clamp body between the side of the component and the guide rail, and align the edges.
Pre-fixing: Manually tighten the bolts to apply light force and level the components.
Tightening: Use a torque wrench to tighten at 8-12N · m to ensure a tight fit without any looseness.

Special Edition Note

Plastic wing end clamp: The plastic flange must be completely in line with the edge of the component.
Rapid end clamp: After pushing into the card slot, press the buckle until it locks with a "click", and then gently push until there is no displacement.
