Installation Instructions
Before installation
Verify that the model of the solar middle clamp matches the thickness of the component (30-55mm), and check that the accessories are undamaged.
Clean the contact surfaces of the component frame and the guide rail to remove oil stains and impurities.
Installation procedure
Positioning: Center the clamp body between the component frame and the guide rail, aligning the edges.
Pre-fixing: Manually screw in the bolts until light force is applied, and adjust the components to be flat without deviation.
Tightening: Use a torque wrench to tighten according to the standard (8-12N · m for aluminum alloy, 10-15N · m for stainless steel), ensuring a tight fit without any looseness.
