Factory Shipment & Strength

Every batch passes dimension and appearance inspection before shipment. Small accessories are packed into cartons, loaded on steel pallets or ISPM 15 heat‑treated wooden pallets. Most of our accessories have universal design. They fit mainstream solar rails on market. Please provide rail section drawing if you need cross brand matching confirmation.

What thickness of solar panel do these clamps fit?

Our clamps support panel thickness from 20 mm to 55 mm. Adjustable structure can match different framed PV modules.

Can you make black anodized accessories?

Yes. Black matte anodized finish is available for aluminum parts. Custom surface color can be arranged upon request.

Do you support customized accessories?

Yes. OEM and ODM are acceptable. We can produce according to your drawings or samples.

What is sample policy for accessories?

Small samples are available. Only freight cost is charged and sample itself is free. Freight cost can be deducted from your subsequent bulk order.

What is solar racking accessories lead time?

Production starts after drawing confirmation and payment receipt. Goods can be delivered within 7 to 15 working days. Exact time depends on total order quantity.

Can you provide third party inspection?

Third party inspection is welcomed. You may arrange inspection agency to check goods before shipment.

What is your packing method for small accessories?

Small fittings are packed into cartons directly. Whole cargo is loaded on steel pallets or ISPM 15 heat treated wooden pallets to avoid damage during sea transport. 

What trade terms do you accept?

We support EXW FOB CIF and DDP. We can confirm cost according to your destination port or delivery address.
