Drilling
Drill a hole with matching diameter and depth on the base surface according to the selected bolt specification; the hole depth should be slightly longer than the embedded part of the bolt.
Hole Cleaning
Clear all dust and debris from the hole—stops impurities ruining the anchor hold.
Bolt Insertion
Fully assemble the bolt rod, expansion sleeve and other accessories, then insert the complete bolt set into the drilled hole, ensuring the sleeve is closely attached to the hole wall.
Locking
Tighten the nut clockwise with a wrench; the expansion sleeve expands evenly with the locking force and forms a firm anchor by tightly interlocking with the base surface.
Inspection
Gently pull the anchor screw after tightening to confirm a secure and non-loose connection, then proceed with the installation and fixation of subsequent brackets, equipment and other accessories.
