Standing Seam Metal Roof Clamps is installed and ready

Following the successful kick-off of precision clamp tooling in November last year, Xiamen Honor Energy today announced a major milestone: the new Standing Seam Metal Roof Clamps system, designed for solar power plants, has completed all on-site construction and has been successfully installed on the photovoltaic array for almost 70 KW at Japan. This marks the project's full transition from the precision manufacturing phase to practical power generation application.

From Precision Mold to Field Installation

In the fourth quarter of last year, Xiamen Honor Energy's engineering team initiated the mold fabrication for the core components of this clamp system. "The successful mold fabrication was the first step, establishing the foundation for consistent, high-reliability mass production," said John, Technical Director at Xiamen Honor Energy. "Today, seeing the complete system—assembled from these precision parts—securely supporting solar panels in a real power plant environment, is the true realization of our philosophy: 'from design to generation.'"

Project Outcome and Outlook

In Japan, 320 clamps are now in place, holding up a 70 kW solar system. The job went smoothly from start to finish—showing that Xiamen Honor Energy can handle everything well: from designing and making the product to getting it installed right.This is not just an important project step; it also makes sure the solar plant works well for many years, helping the owner get steady energy and good returns from their investment.
