Material

This type of double-bolt adjustable T-type solar tile roof hook from supplier Xiamen Honor Energy strictly adopts: SUS304 Stainless Steel;

Aluminum alloy with powder-coated finish is also available (the grey powder-coated version shown in the picture).

Structural Features

· Dual Locking Bolts: Secure the vertical arm and enable a wide range of angle adjustment, perfectly fitting irregular-shaped tiles with large height differences, such as Spanish tiles, S-shaped tiles, and glazed tiles.

· Slotted Holes on Vertical Arm: Allow vertical height adjustment.

· T-shaped Base With Elongated Slots: Supports horizontal fine-tuning for firm attachment to roof rafters.

· Bent Top Lug: For connection with solar mounting rails.

Difference from Regular T-Type Tile Hook

This double-bolt adjustable T-type solar tile roof hook comes with an angled bent upper section, delivering a much larger angle-adjustment stroke. It is specially designed for roofs with deeply curved tiles.

How to install the Double-Bolt Adjustable T-Type Solar Tile Roof Hook

1. Position the installation point on roof rafters, and lift up the tile.

2. Fasten the T-shaped base onto rafters. Elongated slots allow horizontal fine adjustment.

3. Loosen the bolts on the vertical arm, and slide the hook up and down to set the proper height.

4. Adjust the angle of the top bent lug by loosening the dual locking bolts. Tighten both bolts firmly once you get the correct angle.

5. Mount solar rails to the top hook lug with bolts. Double-check the level.

6. Reset tiles and do waterproof treatment at the penetration point.
