12MW Ground-mounted PV Support Shipment Finished

Recently, Honor Energy completed full packing and container loading for one 12MW large-scale ground solar mounting project. All finished products are sealed inside containers and ready for overseas shipment, kicking off the pre-installation preparation of this big PV project.

Project Overview

This large-capacity ground PV plant sits on flat open land overseas. Our technical team customized mounting solutions according to local high-temperature, rainy weather and actual geological conditions. All C-channel structural parts adopt zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated steel. Before formal production, our R&D team ran repeated mechanical simulation and structural calculation covering wind resistance and load bearing. Compared with regular galvanized steel, Zn-Al-Mg coating delivers outstanding anti-corrosion and abrasion-proof performance, which perfectly fits humid and corrosive outdoor surroundings and ensures long-term stable service of the whole mounting system.

Production & Shipment QC

Every batch of raw sections passes strict sampling inspection on dimension and coating thickness before delivery. Qualified goods are wrapped with protective stretch film piece by piece, with exclusive tags marked with bundle number attached on each pack.When loading containers, our logistics crew stacks all goods neatly by item size. This helps fill up container space efficiently and bring down ocean shipping expenses.Reasonable stacking layout also prevents scratch or coating damage caused by long-distance sea transit.

Once fully connected to grid, this project will generate abundant clean power annually to ease local industrial power shortage and help our partner cut consumption of fossil fuel and carbon emission.
